Obituary

Adam Fraizer was born on October 2, 2004 in Tulsa to parents Allen and Lysa Fraizer and older brother Zachary. He attended preschool at Boston Avenue Weekday School and primary  school at Lanier Elementary School where he joined cub scouts. He went to middle school at Thoreau Demonstration Academy and was a Junior National Honor Society member there. His high school years have been spent at Will Rogers College High School , this being his senior year.

As a child, Adam was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular dystrophy. Although he suffered from this devastating disease, he accepted his physical limitations, kept an upbeat attitude and enjoyed life to his fullest ability.  Adam enjoyed traveling, especially with his Aunt Robyn, who took him and his cousins wherever he wanted. He enjoyed reading, drawing and creative writing, aspiring to be a screenwriter. He loved playing video games,  listening to music, watching food shows and  comedy shows.  He especially  liked dark, cringe comedies. He recently was gifted a Make-A-Wish trip to meet the cast of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" which he enjoyed immensely.

Adam leaves behind his parents, brother, a niece, grandparents, several aunts and uncles, great aunts and great uncles as well as many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations be made to Cure Duchenne, Make-A-Wish, MDA or other charity for children.
