Allan Leon Heath, 94, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2025.

Born in Coffeyville, Kansas, Allan was the only child of Bowen C. Heath and Marian Corinne (Mock) Heath. He spent his childhood on the family farm, a place that shaped his character and sparked his lifelong love of agriculture and livestock. Those early years not only taught him hard work and curiosity, they also led to his award-winning avocation as a livestock judge during high school and college, an accomplishment about which he was always proud.

Allan attended Kansas State University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Agriculture. He continued his studies at Cornell University and Oklahoma State University, ultimately completing his Master's degree in Agriculture from OSU. His passion for learning and agriculture stayed with him throughout his life.

On June 9, 1956, Allan married Alice Bartee Heath, the love of his life. They shared 68 years together until Alice's passing in January 2025. They raised six children and built a life grounded in faith, family, and steadfast devotion.

In 1966, Allan and Alice moved their family to Tulsa, Oklahoma, when Allan began a new chapter as a computer programmer with American Airlines. He worked there for twenty years before taking early retirement and continuing his career with Amerada Hess for another decade. Allan and Alice made Tulsa their home for more than five decades, until they relocated to Dallas, Texas in 2019 to be closer to family and to enjoy their later years together. In Dallas, they found a new home at Signature Point, where they were embraced by loving friends and staff.

Allan had many passions. He was a loyal Kansas State Wildcats fan and could talk sports with anyone who asked. He loved baseball—especially cheering for the Cincinnati Reds. He enjoyed tennis, bridge, and any competitive board game that brought friends and family together. He relished friendly competition and the connections those moments created.

Above all, Allan's faith guided his life. He committed his heart to Christ as a teenager and lived each day with humility, generosity, and purpose. He served faithfully at Woodland Acres Baptist Church as a deacon and Sunday school teacher, and he gave his time generously on committees and mission trips. He believed in helping others and lived that belief quietly and steadily.

Allan is survived by his children: John Heath (Nancy), Jim Heath, Steve Heath (Edna), Jennifer Heath, Julie Heath, and Tom Heath (Linda).

His grandchildren include Zach Heath (Kayla), Jake Heath (Annie), Hannah Bressler (Jakob), Julianne Gideon (Garrett), and Grant Heath.

He is also survived by his great-grandchildren: Olivia, Henry, and Charlotte.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Alice Heath; his parents, Bowen and Marian Heath; and his granddaughter, Madeline Alicia Heath. His family takes great comfort in knowing he is now reunited with Alice and Madeline and resting in the presence of the Lord he served so faithfully.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Memorial Park Chapel in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
