Billie Jo Wagner, 88, died Tuesday, October 17, 2023, peacefully at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Billie was born on August 22, 1935, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Paul Crabb and Gladys (Roark) Crabb. She attended and graduated from Tulsa Adventist Academy and continued her education at Enterprise Academy in Kansas, where she met the love of her life Richard Lee Wagner.

The couple was married on July 17, 1954 and made their home in Tulsa where they raised four children together. Billie loved her puppy Winston, going for a drive on Sabbath, watching 3abn,  her grandkids and great grandkids.

Billie is preceded in death by her parents Paul and Gladys Crabb, sister Katherine (Kay) Newcomb, and brother Paul Crabb Jr.

Billie is survived by her husband of 69 years Richard, of the home, children: Rick Wagner and wife Tammy of Broken Arrow, Kevin Wagner of Tulsa, Mike Wagner and wife Heather Korgan of Claremore, Julie Wagner of Tulsa, and her puppy Winston. Eight Grandchildren include Andrea Powell and husband Charlie, Leslee Wagner, Jeffery Wagner and wife Mariah, Daniel Wagner, and Zack Wagner and wife Kylie. Six great grandchildren: Ryder, Carter, Nicole, Teagan, Evelyn, and Aylin and a host of family and friends.
