Frances "Carol" Murray passed from this life on May 28, 2018 surrounded by her loving family in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She was born on December 25, 1921, earning her the name "Christmas Carol," in Cleveland, Oklahoma to Ralph D. and Julian (Craig) Harris.

Carol grew up in Oklahoma and attended the St. John Nursing School in Tulsa, graduating as a Registered Nurse.  She used her degree in nursing and caring, giving personality to join the United States Armed Forces and serve during WWII.  Carol was honorably discharged as a Second Lieutenant.  She met and married the love of her life, John Charles Murray, Jr., and they were inseparable until his passing.

She had an amazing zest for life.  No matter what, Carol was always smiling and using her signature phrase, "Life is Terrific!"  She loved to spend time with her family and was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother.  Carol was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John.  She is survived by her son, John "Craig" Murray and wife Cathy; daughter, Nancy "Cheryll" Williams and husband Randy; grandchildren, Derek Williams, Bree R. Brister, Jeremy Patrick Murray, John Kyle Murray, Aaron Murray and Eric Garrison; 14 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; daughter-in-love, Kathy Harrison and husband Jim; and numerous other family members and friends.
