Celia Martha Tovar Whiteman, 93, passed away on May 12, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma in her own home.
She was born April 15, 1926 in Mexico City, Mexico to parents Thomas Tovar and Soledad Villafanet. Celia was a school teacher in Mexico City. Celia embraced everybody with love and served the Lord.
She is survived by her children, Tommy Victor Whiteman, Herbert Alex Whiteman, David Richard Whiteman, Mary Ellen Skaggs; 11 Grandchildren; & 9 Great Grandchildren.
