David Huffaker, 68, died at home in Tulsa on January 8, 2024, after a long illness. Born August 6, 1955, in Tulsa, OK, David is predeceased by his father and mother, James and Wanda, and a niece, Melody Suvak.
David lived his entire life in Tulsa, and he graduated from Nathan Hale High School.  His outgoing personality led him to sales jobs with industrial supply companies serving greater Oklahoma.
David was an avid golfer and bass fisherman, and he made many friends at the Cherokee Casino Golf Course where he routinely played and sometimes marshaled.
Survivors include two sisters, Cynthia (Gary Ramsey) Huffaker, Tulsa, and Linda (Victor) Huddleston, Berryville AR, and a brother, Gary (Sharon Williams) Huffaker, Dunedin, FL.  David is also survived by three nieces: Miranda Suvak, Samantha Suvak, Tulsa, Alison (John) Hamm, St. Petersburg, FL and a nephew, Adam (Sarah Sapp) Huffaker, Dunedin, FL.
