Gayla Jean Christy, age 56, passed away Sunday, May 20th 2018 at St. John's Sapulpa. She was born April 28th 1962 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Claud Ray and JoAnn Stubblefield. She was united in marriage to Richard Allen Christy on December 15th 2010.  Gayla is survived by her sister Lela Ann Peterson, her three daughters Vanessa Lynn King, Tara Denise Osborn, and Shelby Brooke Osborn, and her 6 wonderful Grandchildren, Anna Lynn Pierce, Nicole Rae Pierce, Emily Brooke Thramer, Kaleb Adam Troy Thramer, Raylei LueJean Thramer, and Trenton Keith Columbia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Allen Christy, and her parents, Claud Ray and JoAnn Stubblefield. Gayla was admired by many and was blessed with an abundance of relationships and friends over the years. She has touched many lives and will continue to live on through the hearts of her family and friends. Memorial service will be held at Westside Freewill Baptist church, 1403 S. Cheyenne Sapulpa, OK on June 9th at 10:00 a.m.
