Jerome W. Paul (J. Paul) passed away from this life on May 4th, 2018 in Tulsa, OK. He was born in Chickasha, OK on June 12, 1948. Sweethearts since 1969, he was married to his wife Deborah for 43 wonderful years. J. Paul graduated from Oklahoma Military Academy and attended Northeastern in Tahlequah, prior to enlisting and serving in the United States Navy.

In his early years, J. Paul was in real estate and the construction business before he found his true calling – "storm chasing". Although born and raised in Oklahoma, he had a rambling spirit, traveling the country from coast to coast as he followed that passion. He enjoyed 25 years of travel, service and hard work as a Catastrophe Adjuster. Along the way, he developed countless friendships and relationships, which he carried with him throughout his days. He never met a stranger and loved everyone.

He was known for his sense of humor and ability to lighten the room. He would lift your spirit, reassure you and make you laugh when you needed it the most. His heart was full of giving and acceptance, always willing to help those that needed it.  He adored his family and was a loyal friend to many.

Paul was preceded in death by his mother Patrice Paul, his sister Patti Flanagan and son Mike Hulsey. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Paul; son, Jonathan Paul and his wife Ame; daughters, Katherine Paul, Carmen Paul and fiancé Dane Hale; grandchildren, Noah Hulsey, Caleb Hulsey, Connor Paul, Madeline Johnson, Nicholas Paul, and a grandson on the way; daughter-in-law Kim Hulsey; nephew Tom Flanagan and numerous other family members and friends.
