Obituary

Janet was born December 2nd, 1946, in Tulsa and passed away March 3rd 2024 in Tulsa.  She was the youngest daughter of George and Freda McNeill. She was a legal secretary and worked at various law offices in Tulsa throughout her career.  Her favorite pastime was being a Nana.  She never missed an opportunity to spend time with her grandson, Christopher.  She rarely missed an activity he was participating in. She often would volunteer to help if needed. She would introduce herself as Christopher's Nana, and many of the kids, parents and his teachers would lovingly call her Nana.  She was a  member of the Route 66 HOG chapter and a LOH member. At one time she was the historian for the chapter. She became a fan of baseball because of the time she spent watching Christopher, so when he wasn't playing, she could be found at Drillers games.  She became a seamstress for them.  She seemed to always have a jersey by the sewing machine.  She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Hardy, Kimberly Siegrist, and her husband Robert Siegrist. Her grandson Christopher Siegrist and his girlfriend Laura Ladner.  Her sister Cheryl Clay, and her nephew Greg George and his wife Kim George.
