Jennifer Evelyn Carwile, 77, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion to her family.

Born in Oklahoma City, Jennifer was known for her adventurous spirit, love of travel, and ability to create meaningful memories wherever she went. Although Oklahoma City was her birthplace, Tulsa was truly her home—she was a lifelong Tulsa resident and a proud graduate of Tulsa Edison High School. She shared a lifelong and extraordinary bond with her twin sister, Janythe Graham, who preceded her in death. Together, they were famously known as the "queens of pranks," delighting friends and family with their humor, mischief, and infectious laughter.

Jennifer spent a formative period living in Dallas, where she thrived in the city's vibrant social scene, before returning to Tulsa. She built long and successful careers in both media and banking, spending many years in media, including a lengthy tenure with KCMA, along with KMOD and KBEZ and maintaining membership in the Tulsa Press Club, before transitioning into banking. Her most recent position was with Arvest Bank, where she was respected and admired for her professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness.

A true world traveler, Jennifer extensively explored Europe and the Balkans and many corners of the globe, including Argentina, Uruguay, Istanbul, Greece, South Africa, Mexico, and the Caribbean. She was a lifelong fan of Leon Russell and carried her love of music wherever she went. Very funny, deeply kind, and fiercely loyal, Jennifer made those she loved feel truly special—if she called you a friend, you knew you were fortunate.

Jennifer was a beloved mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Meredith Willyard; her son, Matthew Conover; her cherished grandsons, Haydn Dufrene and Asher Conover; her beloved granddaughter, Jamison Conover; her brother, Mike Bruza, and his wife, Joy; and her cherished nieces and nephew, all of whom brought her great pride and joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mary Bruza; her twin sister, Janythe Graham; and her brother, Jack "Tony" Bruza.

Her warmth, generosity, and playful spirit will be remembered by all who knew her. Jennifer taught her family the joy of laughter, the value of love, and the importance of living life fully—lessons that will continue to inspire them every day.
