Obituary

Kurt was born and raised in Tulsa, had attended Sts. Peter and Paul school where he loved to play baseball. Even as a small boy, he greatly enjoyed his family trips to Colombia. He graduated from East Central High, and at one time traveled to the gulf coast near Louisiana and worked as a drill rig worker which he liked, leaving Tulsa for that time in his life. He later worked for several shipping companies in town before becoming a transportation specialist and phlebotomist at Lab Corp for 25 years. As a courier, he was an expert at knowing his way around town and Oklahoma. He became ill Christmas Eve, yet was more concerned about his family and working. Kurt was a simple man, big but kind hearted and sensitive, and hard to anger. He was a good father, brother, and friend, and a man whose heart and spirit gave all that he could give.
