Obituary

Letha passed away on November 12, 2024. She was the daughter of Albert and Emogene (Thornburgh) Lingo. Letha was born in the farming community near Goltry, Oklahoma on September 20, 1925. She is survived by three nieces and five nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold (Hap) Bryant of fifty-three years, her parents and sister Faye Davis, brothers Clarence and Robert Lee Lingo.

Letha attended Goltry High School in Goltry, Oklahoma. After High School she enjoyed a forty-year career with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. She had a highly successful career retiring in 1983 as an Industry Manager in Network Sales. She was a member of Parkview Baptist Church, Telephone Pioneers, American Business Women's Association, and also served as secretary and treasurer for the Civitan Club.

After retirement she volunteered with the Sewing Ministry at Parkview Baptist Church, AT&T Pioneers, Blessings International and, also served as Site Coordinator for Meals on Wheels.

Letha was an avid sports fan. She and her husband were long time season ticket holders for The University of Tulsa football and Tulsa Oilers Hockey Club.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Baptist Children's Home who Letha lovingly supported.
