Marianne Robinson (70) passed away peacefully on Monday, July 15, 2024 at her home in Tulsa.

Marianne was born January 12, 1954, to Kenneth and Mary (Davis) Robinson in San Diego, California.

She was the devoted mother of Aardon Robinson, Avery and Havala Keough and beloved grandmother of Conor and Grace Robinson and Auron Brundage.

Marianne was a natural nurturer to all living things, tending to her garden, family and friends with care, and never missing a chance to hold a baby. She loved life, a good chat and watching her children and grandchildren grow.

Following her strong artistic streak, she contributed to the interior murals and details of many public buildings, most notably the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Hope in Oklahoma City, completed in 1993.

In addition, Marianne enjoyed knitting and could be found in the evenings spinning wool or nimbly working the needles on her next knitted masterpiece, inevitably a gift for family or a friend.

Marianne is preceded in death by her father Kenneth Robinson and brother Stephen Robinson.

She is survived by her mother Mary Robinson, husband Robert Pool, children Aardon Robinson, Avery and Havala Keough and grandchildren Conor and Grace Robinson and Auron Brundage.
