Mark
Buerker
Apr 13, 1963 — Apr 19, 2024
Broken Arrow
Mark James Buerker, 61, passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 19, 2024, after a long illness. He was born on April 13, 1963 in Saginaw, Michigan to parents Marvin James Buerker and Margret Ann Malone.
Mark was a loving son, husband, father, brother, and grandfather and will be remembered for his love, kindness, and always making others laugh. He loved to work and play hard. He was a Jack-of-all-trades and could literally find a way to make or fix anything, and would go out of his way to always help others. Most of his life was spent working in HVAC, maintenance, woodworking, and remodeling. His favorite activities were camping, hunting, fishing, boating, playing the guitar, and browsing shops or garage sales for unique finds. Mark passed his love for these activities on to his children, and grandchildren, and will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his wife, Kerri Buerker, his sister, Debbie Rock, his sons Christopher Buerker and his wife April Buerker, Michael Buerker and his wife Chelsea Buerker, and Maxwell Buerker and his wife Katlyn Buerker. Mark is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, Christian, Matthew, Dean, Anna, Eloise, Lila, and Ada, as well as his nephews, Devin Manor, Jared Manor, and his niece Molly Roy.
Private services for his Celebration of Life will be held in Au Gres, Michigan in July. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to LifeShare Oklahoma.
