Nancy Kathleen Sharpe Beighle Core, a Tulsa native born November 6, 1933, passed away October 10, 2021 at her home in Tulsa.

Nancy graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1951 and achieved her Registered Nursing degree from Hillcrest School of Nursing in 1954. After a forty-year career in the nursing profession, she retired from Texaco, Inc. in 1994. Nancy was the occupational nurse from 1976 to 1994 through the mergers of Skelly, Getty and Texaco. She also practiced at Hillcrest, Saint John and Saint Francis Hospitals, and in the private sector. She volunteered her time at Neighbor for Neighbor and was a member of Boston Avenue Methodist Church.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, John Sharpe and Muriel Sharpe, husband Kenneth Core and Thomas Beighle, the father of her surviving sons: Jeff Beighle and his wife Karne, Jim Beighle and his wife Arthie, and Jack Beighle. She had three grandchildren: Dacia Hinson, Kyle Beighle. and Paige Schwab, and two great-grandsons, Jake and Jett Wayne. She is also survived by her brother John Sharpe and his wife Biny of McKinney, TX, and her sister Kay Berry of Allen, TX.

A memorial service to celebrate Nancy's life will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, November 6, 2021 at 10:00am. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or at www.stjude.org .
