Pamela Ann Smith, better known as Pam, passed away on August 27, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 70. Born on August 21, 1954, in Florence, Alabama, Pam grew up in a loving family and carried those deep-rooted values throughout her life.

Pam is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, Randy Smith of Owasso, OK; her daughter, Alisha Kilby, and son-in-law, Wes Kilby, of Wilmington, NC; and her cherished granddaughter, Angela Faith Kilby. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins, and a sister. Her family remembers her as a beacon of love and kindness, always ready to extend a helping hand or a listening ear.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Patricia Counts; her brother, Sonny Counts; and her grandparents, along with several aunts and uncles. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with her loved ones.

A Celebration of Life for Pam will be held from 3-6 pm on Wednesday, September 18th, at the mansion at Tulsa Gardens, where friends, family, and those whose lives were touched by Pam are welcome to gather in remembrance of her vibrant spirit.

Pam spent her professional career as a land manager for various oil and gas companies in Tulsa and the surrounding areas and retired from Staghorn Petroleum just a few years ago.

Pam was well respected in the art community.
