Patricia "Trish" Mace

“Trish” Mace was born 2-8-32 to Art and Christine Moore in Barnsdall, OK, where she spent her childhood with her sisters, Marilyn, D.J. and Dianne. She got a Bachelors degree in Secretarial Studies at Oklahoma A & M (OSU) and used her skills while working for Standard Oil in Tulsa. At that time, she met, fell in love with, and married her soul mate, Bob Mace. Soon, they started their family and Trish became a homemaker extraordinaire. Their kids are Tim (wife Renee), Matt, Joe (wife Anita, sons Robert, daughter in love Elyse, and Jacob) and Lisa (husband Jim, son Isaac, daughter Bethany, son in law Scotty, and granddaughter Evelyn). Trish was an avid gardener (she canned and froze an abundance of fresh foods for year-long consumption). She was a scout leader, church music leader (she played her baritone ukulele and led their congregation in song), an exceptional seamstress for her family and friends (including making giant church banners and costumes for the church contatas), and volunteer for numerous charities (including a voting poll worker, hospital mentor for stroke patients, and meals on wheels food handler). Trish and Bob devoted much of their time contributing to their faith lives at their churches. They were especially great at the work they did to help married couples enrich and strengthen their relationships through Marriage Encounter. Trish was very creative, very crafty, very fun, and very faithful to her family, friends, and her God. Her spirit will surely carry on in the love of all she touched. “Well done, good and faithful servant!”
