Robert Louis "Apple" Applegate was born on June 18, 1949 and passed away from this life on December 28, 2019.  Bob owned and operated Pryor Creek Fleet Services for 26 years and was an active member of Associated Builders & Contractors.  Bob maintained an active social life which, included flying (with those brave enough to fly with him) and frequent traveling with his faithful companion Wilbur.  Bob is survived by two daughters, Alicia Pirpich and her husband Bradley of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lindi Applegate of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and one granddaughter Brayleigh Pirpich, and of course his favorite child "Wilbur."  Additionally, Bob is survived by his sister Karen Andrews and her husband Jerry, nephew Michael Andrews  and wife Stephanie and two daughters Sarah and Katie of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Apple was a fun loving, generous soul who had a knack for giving great advice in any situation, and never missed an opportunity to make someone smile.  Additionally, Apple had a passion for making his own way and inspired so many other entrepreneurial spirits.  Apple's love for dogs was like none other, having owned as many as 34 at one time (all with names starting with the letter J) while living on his ranch in Pryor, Oklahoma.  Apple will be missed by all of those whose lives he touched and will be remembered by all of those who loved him.
