Ruth M. Kraemer of Tulsa, OK, died on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at age 93.

Ruth was born on December 9, 1924, in Philadelphia, PA where she grew up. She married the Reverend Albert C. Kraemer on May 25, 1946. As the wife of a pastor, she moved with church callings from Philadelphia, PA, to Buffalo, NY, and finally to First Presbyterian Church in Tulsa.

Ruth spent most of her adult life as a homemaker, but also worked in the travel industry after the sudden death of her beloved husband in 1974. She was a prolific artist; her artistic endeavors include painting, stained glass work, leatherwork, and silversmithing.  In addition, she was an avid swimmer well into her 80's.

Ruth was also involved in multiple community organizations including Tulsa Ballet Theatre and Girl Scouts. She had a great sense of humor and was loved by all, and was known for her ever-present smile.

She is survived by her three children: Pamela Neumann and husband, Herb; Bruce Kraemer, and Mark Kraemer and wife, Kathleen. Also surviving are six grandchildren: Celeste Franklin and husband, Jason; Amber Smith and husband, Adam; Jessica Farris and husband, Kenny; Haley Burt and husband, Jacob; Hannah Kraemer, and Erin Kraemer. In addition, she is survived by three great-grandchildren: Caleb Franklin, Sarina Smith, and Landon Smith; and sister Grace Bailey and her husband, Bob, as well as three nieces and two nephews.
