Michael Scott Barker was born on August 12,1967 to Shirley Cox and Randy Barker in Arlington, Texas. He passed away on June 13, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He cherished his family with everything he had and would have done anything for them. In return they loved him deeply.

Scott is survived by his adoring wife, Adel; children, Sky and Taylor; mother, Shirley and her husband, Jeff: father, Randy and his wife, Karen; sister, Michelle and her husband, Scott; sister, Melissa and her husband, Jack; brother, Brent and his wife, Missy; brothers, Kevin; nieces, Ella, and Eva; and nephews, Scotty, Cooper, and Jack-Jack.

He loved them all fiercely. Scott was a joyous man who cherished the small things life had to offer. He was always able to find a way to have fun anywhere. He was fearless and extremely confident. This attitude he carried was palpable. Even strangers could feel how warm, honest, and real he was. He always said he could get along with anyone for 15 minutes and that is why. He was an irresistibly charming man.

The three things he wanted most in life were to be in his home surrounded by his memories, to laugh every day, and to do something daily to let his family know he loved them. He was happy and he was loved.
