In Loving Memory of Timothy Lee Covey

Tim was born on June 6,1965 in Kansas City Missouri.

He was raised by Carl Lyle Covey and Connie Kay Covey. His real mom was Barbara Mcmichael.

Tim went to grade school in Kansas City and in Rich Hill Missouri Elementary school, and he graduated from Rich Hill High School.

After he graduated he worked as a sewer cleaner in Kansas City of Pipeline Services.

He was married to his childhood sweetheart, but didnt get blessed with a kid.  But their marriage didnt do well and got divorced. After his divorce he worked so hard and got hired to a company in California. He focused himself of working hard and got hired to a higher position as a General  Manager of a Company name Veolia Environmental Services. He was focused on his job and didnt want to settle down again. But one of his worker encourage him to try to sign up on a dating site called mate1.com.

He did try to signed up for 7 days trial and he meet an asian woman who also tried to find  a good and god fearing and responsible man.  January 28, 2006 Tim meet Ferlinda through the site they where signed up. Ferlinda was a school teacher in the mountain. She was a 1st grade teacher. Tim fall in love with Ferlinda and plannned to meet her. Tim decided to visit Ferlinda to the Philippines. March 29, 2006 Tim flew to the Philippines and meet Ferlinda's whole family and treated him so well. Tim became a first American speaker at school where Ferlinda teaches.  Tim and Ferlinda tried to know each other and they went to any places somewhere in the Philippines.  From then on Tim flew every 2 months to the Philippines to spent his time to Ferlinda. Tim planned to apply for a fiancee visa so Ferlinda can come with him to the US. Month of September Tim started filled up all the paper works for fiancee visa for Ferlinda. While the papers are being filled Tim asked permission to Ferlinda's mom to marry her and he was permitted to love and respect Ferlinda. God blessed Tim and Ferlinda because the visa didnt take long and it was approved  by the US immigrant on March 28, 2007. Tim and Ferlinda flew from Philippines March 27,2007 and reached to the US March 28,2007.

Tim and Ferlinda got married in Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas Nevada.

They we're blessed with a first baby boy on February 16, 2008  and they him Joshua Lyle.

In year 2008 they move to MIssouri where Tim's family reside. Tim and Ferlinda  live in Sedalia Misoouri. But Tim quit his job in Missouri  so they decided to move in Wisconsin . And they we're blessed again with another baby boy on March 15, 2009  name Jacob Lee.  Life is a roller coaster. Tim started getting sick and since they dont have a family where they live they decided to move back to Rich Hill Missouri where the whole family are around. Tim got hired as a manager in Repipe Construction Services. Tim and Ferlinda's love never fade they are still going stronger through thick and thin. Year 2011 they were blessed again with another baby boy that was born July 14, 2011 and they name him Jonathan Lee. Tim's work was really giving him a hard time. But he was was trying to be strong for his family. But trials came Tim got sick, he had a prostate cancer and he was doing chemo and taking lots of meds. Tim was really tough and blessed by GOD, He was Healed and cancer free.  Life has lots of ups and downs, Tim's doctor told him that he needed to have a surgery because he has problem in his heart.  Month of  April 14, 2014 Tim was operated and got a heart valve replacement and it was a successful surgery. Tim's life changes after having surgery, he cant go back to work because of his condition. Ferlinda  started to worked as a house keeper at  the nursing home Willow Lane  every weekend and baby sit week days while Tim was recovering from the surgery.  God never leave on their side.  Ferlinda  got hired at the other nursing home Medicalodges INC. as a  nursing aid. Ferlinda got her license she studied online with the help ed of the company. After 3 years working at the nursing home. Felinda  applied to worked at the Hospital where she got paid more.  Few years working at the hospital Tim and Ferlinda got blessed again with another baby boy that was born on June 6, 2017 the day when Tim was born and baby was name Joseph Lee.  Tim and Ferlinda decided to move again. And they choose to live in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Tim got sick again and got covid virus. He was having headache all the time. This Year 2021,  month of February, day 12th Tim lost his life. Tim was a grateful man.  A loving husband and  a good father.  He might be gone in the presence of his Family but he was always in the Heart of them.

Memorial Service in Rich Hill Missouri at Sweetwater Tabernacle Church June 6, 2021 Sunday at 2:00 in the afternoon.
